Please be informed that on Friday, December 6 2024, Italian nationals registered with AIRE at this Consulate General of Italy in New York may submit a request for the issuance of the Italian passport at the IACC Italian American Community Center in Albany, NY.
The applicants must reside in the following Counties in the State of New York: Ulster, Dutchess, Broome, Delaware, Green, Columbia, Chenango, Otsego, Schoharie, Albany, Rensselaer, Madison, Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga Schenectady, Washington, Oneida Hamilton, Warren, Lewis, Essex Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Franklin and Clinton.
Appointments must be set up with this Consulate General starting today until December 3rd by writing an email to newyork.missioni@esteri.it.

Applicants will receive an email confirming the appointment which will indicate the time to arrive at the Italian American Community Center in Albany, NY.
Please be advised that on December 6th no one will be admitted without a confirmed appointment.
Priority will be given to Italian nationals over the age of 75 and to those who are unable to reach the Consulate General in New York or the Honorary Consulate in Rochester, NY.

It is imperative that all documentation be presented along with a pre-paid priority envelope with a tracking number so that the passport may be sent to the address provided on the envelope.
